I am Liz: curious, compassionate, and striving to find joy in the little things.
Liz uses a relational style in therapy, meaning that she honours you as the expert of your experience. She centres the therapeutic relationship as a trusting and non-judgemental place to bring change. As this is your therapy, and connectedness is important, feedback and honest conversations about how you feel within sessions is encouraged and considered a gift. To Liz, building trust ensures that you feel safe and comfortable being vulnerable.

Lenka Valenzuela, M.Ed., Registered Psychotherapist
I am Lenka: a learner, a hiker, a deep thinker, and a psychotherapist.
Lenka uses a natural process in her therapy style: she focuses on connection and establishing safety. All of her sessions are individualized to each client, based on their learning style, the reasons that brought them to therapy, and how they are feeling in the here and now.

Lenka also has extensive experience working with clients going through major life transitions, working with the LGBTQIA2S+ population in any stage of their identity journey, job-related stress and burnout, and substance use/addiction.
Lenka’s ability to connect with clients instantly, and find the major interfering themes of your concerns are just some of her main strengths as a psychotherapist. For spiritual clients, Lenka can bring a spiritual (energy, meditation, higher guidance) component to therapy.
